We track the legislation, highlight candidates who share that priority, and organize so our representatives actually hear from the people who elected them.

The Idaho Legislature convenes in January 2027, and bill routing slips typically aren't filed until shortly before or during session. Check back closer to session start, or join the email list below to get notified the moment something relevant is introduced.

A routing slip from Rep. Barbara Ehardt (R-Idaho Falls) that would have written a formal definition of antisemitism into Idaho law. It did not clear the routing-slip stage and was never introduced as a numbered bill. A concurrent resolution encouraging (not mandating) the Idaho State Department of Education to review and consider adopting age-appropriate Holocaust education in schools and charter schools. Passed the House 62–0–8 and the Senate 34–0–1; delivered to the Secretary of State on March 21, 2024. Non-binding — it's an encouragement, not a mandate. Bars public entities from contracting over $100,000 with companies that boycott Israel unless the company certifies it isn't participating in a boycott. An earlier, nearly identical version of the anti-boycott contracting measure. It died in the Senate State Affairs Committee and never reached a floor vote — the version that ultimately passed was reintroduced the following session as SB 1086. Read the bill text →
Broader than the later contracting bills: this one would have required the state treasurer and PERSI board to blacklist and fully divest state investment holdings in companies that boycott for Palestinian rights. Introduced but died in committee. Read the bill text →
